All orders, both Domestic & International, are posted through Australia Post.

To find out where your order is up to visit Australia Post Tracking and type in the tracking number either emailed or sent to you via SMS when you made your purchase with us.

If you have lost your tracking number email megan@tapiki.io & one of our friendly team members will assist you within 24 hours :)

Due to COVID-19 there are some delays of postage to some international countries. A full list of postage times may be found here.

To receive an ETA for your order visit Australia Postage Calculator then select either the national or international tab and then type in our post code ('2480 Lismore') and your post code to discover an estimate on how long your order will take to arrive!
