Requirements for Europe, Korea, China, Italy or Brazil

Here is some information for our customers ordering from Europe, Korea, China, Italy & Brazil!

Europe (VAT)

This information is for our customers who are purchasing from Europe.

We do not collect VAT on sales as we are an Australian business. This means that customers who are in Europe, and have made a purchase with us, may be charged a fee when collecting their posted orders.

Korea, China, Italy or Brazil (Customs)

Customers ordering from the following countries may need to supply additional information for their postage labels as a customs requirement for their respective country.

1. Korea

Customers will need to provide their:

i. Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).

2. China

Customers will need to provide their:

i. People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card Number (Resident ID).

3. Italy

Customers will need to provide their:

i. Codice Fiscale (CF).

AND

ii. Posta Elettronica Certificata (PEC).

4. Brazil

Customers will need to provide their:

i. Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas (CPF).

ii. Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica (CNPJ).
